If you downloaded iPhone applications for IPA, you will need a jailbroken iPhone to install them.

To begin, you must install the required packages in Cydia, using the source cydia.hackulo.us.

For this, in Cydia, go to the Manage tab:



 Then click on Sources:


 Necessary to add the source, click Edit at the top right of the window :


The Add button appears at the top left, click on it and then enter the following source:

Confirm by pressing the Add Source. A warning appears. Also confirm this:
Back on the sources page, then click on the source hackulo.us just been added:
 
A list of applications appears. Choose AppSync for OS 4.0 if you have the latest update of the iPhone OS version 4 or AppSync for OS 3.2 for the iPad or older versions of the iPhone.
Then start the installation by the Install button and confirm your action. It will be necessary to restart the iPhone.

It is possible that errors are displayed when adding or refreshing the source cydia.hackulo.us. The server is not always available and these errors are normal. Try again later if the error occurs.

The easiest way to install IPA then on the iPhone, and download files. Ipa on your computer, and add them to your iTunes library (using drag and drop for example).
 
It will then sync your iPhone with iTunes. By clicking on the icon for your iPhone under Devices in iTunes, check Sync applications is checked.

Then select the desired applications in the list.
A click on the Sync button at the bottom right, and ipa applications should be installed on your phone.
