An update for Dropbox Paper brings a new interface and new features

Dropbox Paper [Free], the professional collaboration software for teams and businesses, arrived on iOS with iPad and iPhone versions last year through a public beta release. Since then, the application has improved, including the arrival of offline mode, many languages available, or new APIs and deep integration tools.

The last update has just arrived, and it's pretty massive: a new interface, new editing features, and the integration of a calendar. Everything is detailed on the Dropbox blog, here are the main changes:

Improved iPad Experience We completely redesigned the iPad Paper app for a more optimized experience. The new design offers a navigation tab next to open documents, making better use of the big screen and making it easier to navigate from one document to another.

Improved mobile editing features A completely revised Mobile Paper Editor clearly displays the different editing functions, making them easy to discover and use by editing a document. We have also added a new mobile commentary interface, which shows the comments in front of the relevant parties in the document and adds the stickers for quick and fun answers.

Possibility to plan tasks to do One of our most popular mobile functions, namely the creation of tasks to do and deadlines.

Integrating the Microsoft Outlook Calendar A new integration with the Outlook Calendar makes it easy to take notes. Now, when users launch a note-taking document, event information is pre-populated and easily shared with participants. The feature is already available to Google Calendar users.
Easy links Users can now create links on their calendars (Google or Outlook) to Paper documents. The app recognizes these links, and when a date gets closer, highlights related documents so that users can quickly open them from the Paper home page.
