A bug exists between Emojis and iMessage conversations on multiple versions of iOS

Did the bugs with Apple's software fail you? They are back. The one of the day concerns several versions of iOS, namely those between iOS 11.1.2 and iOS 11.2.1. In fact, even iOS 11.2.5, available in beta for 48 hours, knows this problem. It concerns iMessage conversations and Emojis.

iMessage bug

The bug is this: start a new iMessage conversation, choose a single Emoji and send the message. For no apparent reason, the Messages application will have a display problem and almost all the visual will become white, including the top and the Emoji. The bug exists only on the iPhone that sends the message, the recipient receives the Emoji and his application Messages has no display error.

The only way to get back to the normal view is to open multitasking, manually close the Messages application and restart it. However, the bug will happen again if we start a new conversation and send only an Emoji.

This bug has the advantage of being minor compared to others encountered on iOS and macOS in recent weeks. The most important was the flaw that allowed access to root on Mac without knowing the password of the user. Regarding the bug of the day, Apple has been warned by MacRumors and we imagine that it will be corrected with the final version of iOS 11.2.5.
