Sonic Runners Adventure: a Sonic (very) comfortable runner mode (App Store release)

Aside from the very first games, Sonic games have a complicated destiny since switching to 3D view. The latest Sonic Force (on PS4 and Xbox One consoles) has been critically teased and we are angry not to find all that is the salt of this license, that is to say, frantic races without headaches in courses filled with loops and stars to recover. And strangely, maybe it's the French studio Gameloft even more oddly in charge of a game Sonic on Mobile, which has just managed to make us find the "real" sensations Sonic.

Sonic Runner Adventure (LinkApp Store – 2.99 $- iPhone / iPad) is a runner, which does not help to retrace his steps for example; but in a Sonic game, is it really embarrassing? The little blue hedgehog is still running fast in levels that immediately make us think of those of the first Sonic, like the Green Hill Zone. Admittedly, each of the levels is extremely short to play, but it quickly takes its marks and above all, it is the great return of the "fun" immediate, the small enjoyment of rushing (almost) unhindered in this colorful universe; even the loops are there!

It is of course possible to unlock Tails, Knuckles, Shadow the Hedgehog (and other characters), and the evil Dr.Eggman remains the big boss to win at the end. Cherry on cake, the game is not a freemium, which is a rarity for Gameloft ... In short, the runner goes to Sonic like a glove, which finally surprises us only halfway.
